Advanced Pizza class

The class will start by making the dough with 00 flour from scratch, create the perfect texture, work your dough and top it with the freshest ingredients. Things will get messy so be prepared. The dough will have to sit for 24hrs. After the dough is made, chefs helper will be putting together pizza kits for your to take home and make their pizzas at a later date with the dough they made.We will be providing premade dough with to make the pizza the night of the class.

Class comes with-

Charcuterie to snack on before class

-1.5hr class on how to make your chosen item-Recipes and instructions to take home

-1 glass of wine or beer of your choice (more drinks available for purchase)

-Dessert to finish the night-a private tour of the store and 10% off on everything you’d like to purchase the day of the class.

Our events are focused on educating our community on the Italian culture. We love to provide our customers with cooking classes that emphasize the Italian cuisine, such as pizza, pasta, gnocchi etc. We also offer a Chef's Dinner experience where our chefs curate a menu with a number of courses and dessert, again with the courses being Italian based with the chefs own twist! On occasion we offer other classes and experiences in collaboration with other businesses throughout the year.

Keep in mind, we always love to provide our attendees with some goodies — whether that be snacks, a glass of presecco or wine— to compliment your experience.
