Pizza lovers! It’s National Pizza Month so let’s celebrate with an evening full of food, drink and fun all in honour of two worthy causes.
Taking place October 24 @ Creeds on 450 Dupont St.
MC award-winning food writer Rita DeMontis will reveal what pizza is your personality!
Wash down your pizza with wine, espresso or latte, learn how to taste-test tequila and, of course, enjoy pizza from some of the city’s top pizza places, including North of Brooklyn, Maker and Danny’s Pizza.
This special fundraising evening will include a guest appearance by author Tamara Green who will be on hand to discuss food for a good mood, and to autograph her book, Good Food Good Mood.
The evening celebrates two worthy causes including the Meagan Bebenek Foundation named after a brave little girl who lost her battle to brain cancer, but whose name continues to help raise awareness and funds towards finding a cure for this deadly disease, and the Gatehouse charitable organization that helps heal those who have suffered the trauma of sexual abuse.
