Sebastian Clovis (The HGTV Host) - Co-Host, HGTV Canada; Principal, Clovis Contracting

Sebastian Clovis is the host of HGTV Canada’s Gut Job and has also appeared as a renovation expert on the network’s $ave My Reno, Tackle My Reno and Home To Win series. He is a licensed contractor and owner of his own contracting firm Clovis Contracting. He is also a former professional football player who won the Grey Cup with the BC Lions in 2006.

Barry Cohen (The Sales Pro) - #1 RE/MAX salesperson in Canada

Barry Cohen is President of RE/MAX Realtron Barry Cohen Homes, the #1 team in the GTA for properties sold $3 to $35 million since 2008, year after year. The team is also the exclusive representative for Forbes Global Properties in the GTA & cottage country and is often Canada’s #1 RE/MAX team.

Brian Gluckstein (The Designer) - Principal, Gluckstein Design; Author

Acclaimed designer Brian Gluckstein is renowned for creating luxurious, livable interiors. Gluckstein’s portfolio includes residential projects in Aspen, Miami and New York, and highprofile commercial projects such as the Four Seasons Hotel Palm Beach. He has been a regular guest expert on Cityline for 20 years and is based in Toronto. Find his Gluckstein- Home and GlucksteinElements collections at Hudson’s Bay and The Home Depot Canada.

Michael Kalles (The Broker) - President, Harvey Kalles Real Estate Brokerage

Michael Kalles is the President of Harvey Kalles Real Estate Brokerage. Over the past 31 years, Michael has built the company from $147 million in gross sales to over $4.5 billion in 2021. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is an avid philanthropist who currently volunteers for four charitable organizations.

Brad Lamb (The Condo King) - President, Brad J. Lamb Realty and Lamb Development Corp

Brad J. Lamb has been selling real estate in Toronto since 1988. In 1995 he founded Brad J. Lamb Realty Inc., a boutique brokerage operation specializing in urban condos, lofts, and townhomes. Since being licensed, he has sold over 31,000 properties for over $10 billion. He also founded Lamb Development Corp. in 2001, which has developed almost 4,000 units (a value of $3B+) in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Montreal, and Hamilton.

Salima Rawji, MBA '07, (The City Builder) - President and CEO, York University Development Corporation

Salima Rawji is an accomplished city builder with a passion for purpose-driven solutions. In her current leadership role, she looks to bring a multi sector approach in using real estate to advance the academic mission of York University. As the former Senior Vice President of Development for CreateTO she led the agency’s development team, managing a pipeline of over 200 sites, which leverage City-owned lands to build affordable housing, mixed-use, mixed income communities. Currently, she is a member of the ULI Toronto Advisory Board, the R-LABS Industry Issue + Transformation Council and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA GTA, as well as for the Toronto Foundation, where she chairs the Social Impact Investment Committee. Salima has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Benjamin Tal (The Banker) - Deputy Chief Economist, CIBC World Markets Inc.

Benjamin Tal analyzes economic developments and their implications for North American fixed income, equity, foreign exchange and commodities markets. Well-known for his published research on labour market dynamics, real estate, credit markets, and international trade, Benjamin is often sought out by global media to set the agenda of the conversation.

Liza Fromer (The Host) - Former Co-Host, CityTV's Breakfast Television and Global's The Morning Show

Known for her wit, charm and engaging personality, Liza Fromer is a widely respected broadcast journalist. Liza spent five years as the popular co-host of CityTV's Breakfast Television before being offered the chance to host her own series The List for the SLICE network. Her career has also included the Discovery Channel, CBS Newspath Los Angeles, Newstalk 1010’s Moore in the Morning, host of The Weather Network’s Good Morning Toronto and co-host of The Morning Show on Global.

Moderator: Julia Mastroianni, Managing Editor, Post City Magazines

Julia Mastroianni is the managing editor at Post City Magazines. She previously worked as a housing and health writer at NOW Magazine, covering issues of affordable housing, tenant rights and homelessness in Toronto.
