About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Are you ready to make a bigger impact with your venture? Looking to connect the broader change you aim to achieve with the day-to-day operations of your venture, or explore what those could be?

Learn how to measure and showcase the difference you're making in this session focused on integrating impact into your venture. We'll explore how to identify potential impacts, ways to weave them into your business models, and provide tools for measuring and sharing your impact story.

  • Key topics covered: how to describe your impact, how you can tie impact to your venture in more concrete and direct ways, a review of relevant case studies to put the learning into action, and an introduction to key tools to flesh out your impact, e.g. a theory of change

  • What you'll come away with: a crisp impact statement you can use in your core documents, copy and slide decks, and a foundational understanding of a theory of change and how it can relate to your venture

  • Key audience: teams that are less familiar with impact measurement and impact metrics, or those who are looking for a refresher on these topics and related tools

The session will be led by Joanne Nowak, Senior Innovation Manager at the Social Innovation Hub, and Brad Andrews, Associate, UCeed Social Impact Fund.

Join us on Wednesday, December 11th from 1-3PM at the Social Innovation Hub.
