About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Over-thinking can be an endless cycle which leaves us feeling depleted, tense, and disconnected from our bodies. Pranayama for Overthinkers is designed to bring clarity to your mind and see to your body through the power of breath and sound vibrations.

Pranayama, the ancient yogic art of breathe control, has long been recognized for its ability to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance mental focus. Over-thinking pulls us into our heads, but with conscious breathing, we can anchor ourselves in the present moment and reconnect with our bodies.

This session goes beyond traditional pranayama by integrating the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and the grounding resonance of gongs. Many people report feeling the sound waves in their bodies. These beautiful instruments work in harmony with your breath to:

• Relieve anxiety and tension

• Release energetic blocks

• Promote deep relaxation and emotional balance

• Create harmony between the body and mind

• Boost creativity and focus

• Balance the hemispheres of the brain

Guided breathing techniques and the immersive experience of sound healing led by a trauma-informed facilitator creates a space for the potential to feel centred, clear, and connected.

This is your chance to step out of your mental chatter and into a state of groundedness, drawing the energy from your thinking mind down into your feeling body. Reserve your spot and come see what intentional deep breathing can do for your wellbeing.

This session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed by mental chatter, seeking tools for clarity, or simply wanting to experience the powerful synergy of pranayama and sound healing. No prior experience needed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
