Promoting Positive Mental Health Make and Take

This communities of practice session will explore the topic of anxiety in kindergarten and school aged children using a mixture of lecture, activities, and collaborative question and answer opportunities. Participants will learn about what anxiety can look like in kindergarten and school aged children, de-escalation strategies, program considerations, and the importance of managing oneself through self-care.
