When accessing the facility and/or attending this event, we may record your experience via video or photograph. By accessing the facility and/or signing up, you permit us to be featured in our marketing and advertising materials.
Please note that we reserve the right to include, but not be limited to, changing the activity, date, time, and location of the event. We also reserve the right to restrict or cancel your entry, participation, and registration without any refund. No solicitation or invitation of any kind is allowed at the event and within 5 km of the venue. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in us taking further action.
