As we approach the OFVGA AGM on February 18, 2025, we are reaching out to give notice that the OFVGA board is intending to propose bylaw amendments at the AGM (specifics are outlined in the attached Memo, with changes tracked in the attached bylaw document). Feel free to share this information and attachments within your respective boards and any voting delegates planning to attend the AGM.
All OFVGA member associations and voting delegates are encouraged to review the proposed bylaw amendments in advance of the AGM. To facilitate further understanding of the amendments, and to answer any questions, the OFVGA is holding a webinar on January 16, 2025 from 12pm to 1pm.
No decisions will be made during the webinar; decisions about these proposed amendments will occur at the AGM and any changes that impact the AGM would not be implemented until the 2026 AGM.
