-We think you will need about an hour for this event but you are welcome to move through the activities at a pace that suits you.

-The pumpkin path is not wheelchair accessible. It is over grass and woodchip terrain so it may or may not be suitable for strollers.

-This event is rain or shine! If it is raining bring your umbrella and rain boots! (We think a bit of rain might even add to the Halloween ambiance!)

Frequently asked questions

Is this event wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately it is not. We try to accommodate disabled people the best we can though. Send an email if you want to discuss if your specific needs could be accommodated.

Can I bring my dog?

Service dogs only please!

Can I bring a stroller?

We suggest no strollers. The event area isn't very big and you might find it is easier to bring your child in a carrier. If you NEED a stroller because your little one is napping, then certainly bring it.

My child is allergic to nuts, will this be a problem?

We have walnut trees on our property. They will have finished fruiting for the year but there may be walnuts on the ground. Depending on the severity of your child's allergy, you may want to skip this event.

What happens if it rains?

This event is a rain or shine event. Please dress for the cold, the drizzle, or any other weather we might experience in October!

Should we wear costumes?

Well...you don't have to wear a costume but we love having an excuse to dress up! We will certainly be in costume and we invite anyone else who loves to dress up to embrace the season also!

Do I need to worry about ticks and bugs?

In October most of the mosquitos are done for the season. Ticks, however, are active all year round in Halton Region. While our event keeps you on mowed pathways, you are welcome to use bug spray if you are concerned about ticks.

Is the walking path muddy?

Depending on the weather, the pathway could be muddy. We suggest wearing rainboots just in case.

Will there be fresh produce for sale?

In October we have limited produce for sale, but yes! We will have our produce stand open at check-in and as you leave if you wish to make purchases from our farm stand.

My child is frightened of things that are really scary. Is this event really scary?

We have created a section that is for people who enjoy a bit of spookiness but about 2/3 of our event are beautiful, interesting arts displays that celebrate pumpkins without scariness.

What do I do if I have questions?
