Python is an open-source programming language used for creating web applications, web content, mathematics, and system scripting. In this course, you will learn how Python code works and gain fundamental knowledge of Python. Prior coding knowledge is not necessary for this introductory class. Key takeaways will include a working knowledge of variables, data types, operators, output functions, and data input functions.

This class is for beginners but assumes you have a basic understanding of computer skills. If you can use a word processor or surf the web, you can learn Python!
