ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Huong Luu is a seasoned real estate investor of 28 years, private lender, and coach with over 101 doors and $1 million in private financing. A #1 best-selling author, Huong co-wrote Rising Above the Rest, Path to Mortgage Freedom, and Secrets to Wealth with Brian Tracy. With a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Huong transitioned into real estate and private lending full time after being laid off during the 2008/9 crisis and being constantly capped at further funding through traditional banking channels in 2019.

Owner of Cash Property Inc. and Cash Property Capital Corp, she focuses on innovative real estate solutions and empowering others through coaching and mentorship. As a director on the Cortes Housing Society, she actively contributes to affordable housing initiatives, as she believes home ownership should be obtainable by everyone. With decades of experience, Huong has a passion for helping others build wealth through strategic real estate.

Huong is a proud single-mom, co-shares Augie the dog, and enjoys running and biking in the rainforest.
