Release Stress Through Yoga: Begin with a gentle yoga session to help you let go of tension and ground yourself in the present moment. No experience is required; all levels are welcome.

Align the Body and Mind with Guided Meditation: Quiet the mental chatter and reconnect with your inner voice with a guided meditation that fosters clarity and balance.

Set Intentions and Goals: Learn powerful tools to create meaningful goals and set intentions that align with your values and vision for your life.

Explore Your Inner World Through Journaling: Reflect on your thoughts and emotions with guided journaling prompts designed to bring insight, direction, and purpose.

Leverage the Learning with Discussion: Sharing newly discovered insights through small group discussion can broaden your perspective or inspire deeper understanding and clarity.


This workshop will provide you with the tools and practices to help you reconnect with your true self and realign with what matters most to you. Nikki and Janel will guide you every step of the way, offering their expertise and support to ensure you leave feeling inspired, recharged, and ready to take the next step toward the life you want.

Nikki Cloutier: Yoga Instructor

With over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor, Nikki Cloutier is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with people of all backgrounds and abilities. Nikki holds her 200-hour certification through YogaFit and specializes in trauma-based yoga, creating safe and empowering spaces for her students to connect with their breath, body, and mind.

Her teaching style is informative and approachable, blending strength, mobility, and flowing sequences to guide students through a balanced practice. Nikki’s classes are thoughtfully designed to build resilience, improve physical and mental well-being, and encourage personal growth, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice.

Above all, Nikki believes that yoga is for everyone, and she feels honored to share this practice as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Janel Kidd: Intuitive and Intentional Life Coach

Janel is a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach with a passion for creating a supportive and empowering environment where women can come to learn, grow, find support and reconnect with the strength that is their intuition. From personal experience, she understands how quickly and repeatedly one can get swept up in the rush of life, the path layed out, the feeling of loss of control or direction, but we can't stop for fear of drowning or not knowing how to change course. She also knows what's on the other side...

Janel's coaching is centered around the belief in each clients resourcefulness and the power of their intuition. With the right foundational pieces in place, clients can then use this clarity as the compass in their decision making thus building a more intentional life. It's less about doing a major overhaul of one's life but using their life experience as a starting point, to make a clear, conscious and informed choice to grow in certain key areas of their lives that can make positive ripple effects in the bigger picture.

What do I need to bring?

Yoga mat, Water Bottle, Journal, Open Mind and Open Heart.

Do I need any experience in this area?

No. Everyone and anyone, at any stage of their journey, is welcome. This is about taking what you already know and growing from there.

Do I need to do anything in advance?

Yes. There are 2 quick reflective exercises (15 min give or take) that we ask you to complete in advance so we may use them as the foundation for what we will be working on during the event. We will review them at the beginning of the day and build on that throughout the day.

Where in the hall will the event take place?

In the Community Room off the back of the main Hall. Signs will be posted.
