If you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, weighed down by shame, guilt, anxiety, or an overwhelming sadness that feels directionless - know that there is a place for you.

In this safe and supportive environment, you will be guided through a deeply restorative Small Group Meditation Experience. We blend ancient yogic practices to calm the mind, release tension, and cultivate inner peace - all within a space of respect and quiet reflection.

This session integrates:

Breath Awareness (Pranayama) – Slow, conscious breathing to calm the nervous system

Yoga Nidra (Body Scan/PMR) – Guided relaxation to release stored tension

Sankalpa (Positive Affirmation ) – positive intentions for the mind

A Safe and Respectful Environment

This is a private small-group session, designed to encourage personal reflection and deep relaxation.

Reconnect with yourself while respecting your privacy and the privacy of others.

Some participants may experience deep emotions or remain in meditation a little longer.

We encourage you to focus on your own journey and allow yourself to fully embrace the experience.

I don’t have a mat. Can I still join?

  • Absolutely! If you don’t have a mat, simply come as you are and enjoy the experience.

Where can I park?

  • Free street parking (subject to availability).
  • Green P parking (paid) directly under the building.
  • In case of weather-related restrictions, underground Green P parking is available a few blocks away.

What should I wear?

  • Anything comfortable and cozy that allows you to feel at ease.

Can I wear flip-flops?

  • Yes, however, footwear will be removed during the session. You may want to bring a pair of socks for warmth.
