Relationship Group - Facilitator Training Program

Booster sessions will be held annually for existing members. The purpose of the booster sessions is to maintain the integrity of the Relationship Group facilitator program and ensure that all facilitators have access to up to date content, and information. The format of these sessions will include a brief review of facilitation strategies aimed at increasing group cohesion, participate retention of information and skill acquisition. Information on new educational opportunities for facilitators will be discussed. Members will be encouraged to share any barriers, concerns or challenges they have faced with their groups and discuss strategies to overcome these challenges as well as celebrating group successes. Attendance to an annual booster session is mandatory as part of the membership renewal.
