Led by a Registered Social Worker/Yoga Instructor, this play based group therapy utilizes movement, games, art, and music, to assist children in developing resilience, self reliance, and coping strategies for managing big feelings. This class will focus on Lila: Divine Play.
Drop off begins 15 minutes before class time.
