2021 Quarry Road Chardonnay - Aged in 10 months of French Oak. This well balanced wine displays notes of honeysuckle, lemon curd and sponge cake. Gold Medal Winner at the 2024 National Wine Align Awards. Paired with Fogo Island Shrimp on Brioche Toast with Celery and Lemon.
2021 Tintern Road Pinot Noir - Aged 12 months in French Oak. This delicate wine displays notes of red currant, blackberry and cedar. Paired with Seared Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese in Puff Pastry.
