Presenter One: Agnes Goh

Agnes is a Certified Professional Counsellor (CPC-C), Career Counsellor, Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Disaster Recovery Coach, Life Skills Coach, Life Coach, AI Consultant & Educator, and an awarded author recognized for creative writing. She was acknowledged by the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in 2024 for her commitment to volunteerism.

Agnes specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, life transitions, stress, anxiety, grief, and the uncertainty of career changes in the evolving AI era. With a culturally sensitive and evidence-based approach, she offers personalized therapy plans that focus on building resilience, developing coping strategies, and overcoming limiting beliefs. Her compassionate support empowers clients to navigate obstacles and achieve personal growth.

Presenter Two: Shelly MacLean

Shelly is a Reiki Master, Holistic Nutritionist, Intuitive Reader, Sound Wellness Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Certified Life Coach.

Her journey into healing began after experiencing emotional transformation through Reiki, EFT, Yoga, and Sound Healing. Passionate about helping others, Shelly has been professionally supporting clients since 2013.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at Mount Royal University, Shelly specializes in sound healing, using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments to create restorative sound baths.

Her work helps release stuck emotions, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and ease physical pain—bringing balance and well-being to her clients' lives.
