Eau Claire Distillery is pleased to invite you along with your guests to an exclusive Scottish inspired evening in honour of the national poet of Scotland, Robbie Burns.
Join us for a fun-filled evening of music, whisky cocktails and our chef created plates to celebrate one of the greatest at Eau Claire's Speakeasy and enjoy our mutual love for the good stuff, Whisky!
This year's Robbie Burns event will feature three whisky cocktails and Scottish plate pairings created by our own mixology and culinary teams that will immerse you in an elevated Robbie Burns experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to taste our newest Single Cask Release, led by none other than our Master Distiller, Caitlin Quinn. We will also have Eau Claire Distilleries' fearless leader, David Farran, joining us as your host for the evening.
