Important Information for Participants

All participants should bring:

- Water

- Hat

- Sunscreen

- Blanket or portable chair for sitting

- Bag (reusable grocery type of bag) to put your sage in

Female participants

- Women should wear a ribbon skirt. If you don’t have one, wear a long skirt

- If a woman is on her moon time (menstrual flow), she should not pick or touch the sage. However, she is STILL encouraged and invited to attend. She can still listen to the teachings, observe how it is harvested, and enjoy the time out with friends and colleagues.
