What to Expect at the Sample Sale

Our sample sale is the perfect opportunity to purchase your dream designer dress at a really great price! All of the dresses for sale are here in the boutique, and they are sold off the rack "as is". This is an appointment only event, as everyone's safety is our top priority. Please read below for the answers to some FAQ's.

How do I sign up for the sale?

• Upon confirming a ticket via Eventbrite, one of our bridal experts will be contacting you to confirm your appointment time. Only brides need a ticket! Guests do not need a ticket! Everything will be by appointment, and walk-in's will not be welcome.
• You will receive text, and email confirmation from The Bridal Gallery customer service team when your appointment has been booked.

What can I expect on the day?

• Each appointment will be 45 minutes
• Gowns will be priced starting at $500.00
• You will be working one-on-one with a consultant to help you find your dream dress
• You will have enough time to try on up to 6-8 dresses
• Each bride can bring two additional guest with them
• Saying "Yes to the dress" is a big moment - be prepared to say YES when you have found the perfect dress, as chances are slim that it will still be here after the sale.

• To make this already extremely exciting event even more buzz-worthy, we wanted to do something special for our brides. Every bride who RSVP's will be entered into a draw to win a free dress of their choosing from the sample sale, valued up to $700. The lucky winner will be announced via our Instagram page the morning of the sale.
• To be eligible you must be follow @thebridalgallery on Instagram, like our giveaway Instagram post, tag 2 friends and attend the event.

What if I have never tried on bridal dresses before?

• A sample sale is NOT the time to try on bridal dresses for the first time. We recommend knowing exactly what you are looking for when you come in to shop the sale, as dresses move quickly.
• Please book in for a FULL appointment, and honor the bridal experience of shopping with your friends and family. It takes time to learn what you really like, and the pressure of the sale, might not be the right environment to try on a wide variety. If you decide to book a full appointment in between now and the Sample Sale, we will not be booking an additional "Sample Sale" appointment.

What happens when I say "Yes to the dress?"

• Dresses are to be paid in full. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
• You will be expected to take your dress home with you after your appointment. We will pack it up for you in a garment bag for transport.
• You can bring your dress back to us 2-3 months before your wedding date, and we are happy to provide cleaning and alterations services (all additional charges).
