Supafrik, DJ Revy B and the Afrotropolis Arts Collective in partnership with the Phoenix Concert Theatre are proud to present She Be Lady celebrating International Women’s Day with a Live Music Concert. This year we have a trailblazer in the house. MC Lyte will be featured at this year’s She Be Lady! Icons need no intro but here goes: The First female rapper to be nominated for a Grammy. First rapper to perform at Carnegie Hall. First first female rapper to achieve a gold single. Blessing the SBL stage for the first time in celebration of international women’s day alongside UK soulstress Shae Universe, R&B/Afro sensation Sewa and more!
