Secret Diners - A Neo-Classic Italian Dinner with Chef Shuai Song

Secret Diners is back after a little break due an exibition in the Abbozzo Gallery. And we are back with a brand new chef cooking for us. Shuei Song is a truly jem very passionate on cooking Italian food (she currently work for Oliver Bonacini - Bridgette Bar). In collaboration with with chef Zagros (on pastries) she started an food-events association called BellaGamba.To and she will display some Neo-Classic Italian dishes which we will pair with some of the finest wines. But what about the spirit ? We will bring some tasting of DON JULIO ROSADO a fantastic tequila finished in Ruby Port Casks.
