Singles Event: MEDITATION & MINGLE *Bring your yoga mat*

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW

We will have the first 20 minutes for mingling, registration and settling in. Grab a name tag, a spot on the floor for your yoga mat, and feel free to chat with other attendees. We will do introductions and the next hour will be a couple of different types group meditation followed by a group discussion. Afterwards, we will have a speed-mixer where you get 6 minutes to speak with 5 different people. Bring your positive energy and openness to embrace the atmosphere! This event is open to people of any religious affiliation or none at all-it takes place in a rented space inside of a church but is not associated with the church.

Attendees are encouraged to initiate exchanging contacts at the event. (If you are asked for your contact information but do not feel a romantic vibe with the person, you can always let them know that you would be happy to exchange contacts but that you feel more of a friendship vibe). If you want to be connected with someone but are not sure if they are interested, feel free to send us an email after the event we will try to play matchmaker after the event is over! Make sure to pay attention to attendees names! Men typically initiate this.

Dress for comfort.

Please bring a yoga mat. There will be a couple of mats available in case people forget to bring one but it is first come first served. Suggested items to bring: water bottle, blanket, cushion/pillow.

The event will start promptly so please arrive early: *doors will close at 7:25pm and no one will be admitted after then*. Parking can be found in the neighbourhood streets.

Spots are limited to 12 men and 12 women. In an attempt to balance the male-female ratio, no tickets will be available at the door. If the gender ratio is very unbalanced, the event will be postponed. Please check your email the day before the event for any update.

3. Send an email to TorontoGTASingles@gmail.com and ask to be added to our mailing list. We have one for ages 55+ and one for the younger group under 55 years of age.
