  1. Arrive early for check-in
  2. Receive your activity booklet and match card
  3. We only use your first names (safety and security reasons) and, if needed, an initial.
  4. Rotate through 5 different teams, solving enchanting quests, mysteries and puzzles.
  5. Tackle your challenge with your new team in the time set.
  6. Enjoy the activity? The people? Found a spark to ignite?
  7. Mark your choices to future connectings on your match card
  8. Submit card at event end
  9. Receive mutual matches via email next day by midnight

💌 Refund & Waiver
Matters of the Heart Policy: Like love itself, commitments matter. Your reservation can be returned to sender up to 5 days before our romantic rendezvous. After that, your ticket becomes a promise - non-refundable but transferable to another seeking heart (with prior notice to and approval by your Club2Connect).

Why should I attend?

So you can have a low stress fun experience meeting people, knowing their single and wanting to connect. No guessing if they were into you? Or if you should've asked for their number? Did they like you? No pressure. Those answers will be emailed to you the next day.

Traditional speed dating?

No. This is an enchanting adventure in connections! Our Choose to Connect Mixer features interactive quests and shared experiences rather than rushed repeat conversations. It’s a relaxed and flexible way to connect with others.

Do I need to reserve (purchase tickets) in advance?

Yes, reservations (tickets) must be purchased in advance as space is limited. There are early bird tickets for the 5 before the event. Then regular tickets until 2 days before. Grab yours before we sell out. They go fast!

What does my registration (ticket) include?

Can I attend if I’m outside the age range?

This event is designed for the two age groups 30-43 & 44-55+ age groups to ensure compatibility and shared experiences. We have a 2 year grace if you choose.

What should I wear?

Dress to impress. Creativity can be a win. Feel free to keep it stylish yet comfortable.

How many attendees can I expect?

We aim for a balanced gender distribution targeting up to 10 participants per gender in each circle range. We may proceed with a minimum of 6 participants of each gender in an age group. As a mixer we do not need equal numbers as activities may have 2 to 4+ participants.

Can I attend the event alone?

Absolutely! Around 90% of our attendees come solo making it a perfect opportunity to meet new people and form meaningful connections. We endeavor to create safe and comfortable experiences, if you would like an escort to your vehicle ask the Club2Connect for assistance.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes bringing a friend can make the event even more enjoyable. However please note that your friend will need their own ticket to join. As the event is a structured mixer your friend may or may not be sitting with you for activities.

Will food be available at the event? Drinks?

Yes food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. During the mixer because of the participants movement the venue has asked for a cash bar. Feel free to enjoy some delicious bites and beverages before or after the speed dating event.

Are there breaks in-between mini mysteries/activities?

There are no breaks within mysteries/activities to keep the flow going smoothly for the event. There is a break around half-time. You can always leave for a drink or bathroom break at any time, but expect to be present for the activities for sixty minutes and up to ninety minutes a session.

What should I expect?

Meeting with up to 14+ people is going to be busy. It's a paced experience to create introductions to potential partners. This event will have around 10 to 22 minutes for each activity. In three hours you will meet approximately 14 or more participants.

What age ranges are welcome on this romantic journey?

Two enchanting circles by age await: - Flourishing Hearts: 30-43 - Seasoned Hearts: 44-55+ (2-year grace embraced) Each circle will experience their own magical connections with up to 10 potential matches.

What is there are more women than men? More men than women?

We operate Choose to Connect Mixer events as close to an equal number of women to men as we can, yet as a mixer you may meet 1 to 4 other participants for each activity. Gender balance will depend on registrations
