Slow Flow Series with Ana Bartlett

lululemon Ambassador, Ana Barlett, is hosting a complimentary, three-part series this fall, focusing on gentle yoga and yoga nidra practices. Partnering with Catherine Haut, the classes will guide you into the season with ease and balance.

Class 1: October 20th

Class 2: November 10th

Class 3: December 15th

All three classes will be hosted at The Sanctuary in Portsmouth, RI. Parking is available in the lot of the complex.

Please bring your own mat and anything else you need for your practice.
