Presented by registered dietician Dayna Caves from the Smithville Medical Centre. In April we‘ll be focusing on improving your health span and in May we’ll be taking a look at toddler/preschooler recipes and nutrition. In June we’ll be preparing for next school year by looking at how to pack healthy lunches your child will love.
