We're excited to have you all be part of Flex for Access' 4th Annual Gala Fundraiser, S.O.A.R! (SPORT, OPPORTUNITY, AMALGAMATE, REDEFINE)

A dynamic evening where fitness and sport industry stakeholders will come together to exchange unique perspectives on adaptive fitness and sport as part of mainstream physical disability and injury management, and create life-changing impact. In the heart of a sports hub at the HHOF (Hockey Hall of Fame Museum space) be part of an inspiring, engaging, and beautiful evening. Hear from renowned Canadian Paralympian and Motivational Speaker, Kevin Rempel and Dual Para Athlete for Women's Hockey and Tennis Canada, Claire Buchanan, Brad Warren fitness industry leader and individual with a disability, and other industry leaders. Look forward to being inspired by the talented musical artist, spoken word poet and entreprenuer, Al St. Louis, along with other live entertainment. It's a night meant to continue to create industry change and to help to change lives through adaptive fitness physical activity. Participate in our raffle and auction for your chance to win exciting prizes that are sports and fitness themed and will make for great experiences, or additions to your memorabillia collections. Flex for Access is a Registered Non Profit Organization which creates awareness of Cerebral Palsy and other physical challenges and injuries, such as SCIs and MS for example; and the importance of fitness and sport  promotion, as a means of disability and injury management. It creates educational avenues for both fitness, and sport professionals as well as the general public to learn of the universal importance of physical literacy, and allows  individuals with physical challenges and injuries, to engage in fitness and adaptive sport at local gyms and studios. Funds raised go towards facilitating training sessions at local gyms and studios as well as adaptive classes and sport programs for those with physical challenges and injuries within the mainstream.
