Solstice Soak & Sauna

Join Michaela & Tamara for an incredibly intentional start to the Winter Solstice season.

We will meet at 10 a.m. sharp at 370 Clifton Road (Tality Forest Spa). We start with an astrological chat around the fire and then cycle through the cold pool and the wood-fired sauna. You'll enjoy an intentional release to begin your Solstice Season with grounded energy and community vibes.
