I’m bringing together two of my favorite things—poetry and somatic healing—to celebrate the launch of my new book, A Legacy of Rainbows (which, as I write this, is a bestseller on Amazon!).
This live virtual event is a journey through color, emotion, and embodied expression.
I’ll be reading a selection of poems that attune to the emotional, psychological, and spiritual themes associated with each energy center in the subtle body. After each poem, we’ll drop into a short somatic practice to invite a bit more liberation to that part of ourselves.
Because let’s be real:
We’ve all been repressed, suppressed, shamed, or shut down in some way.
(I know I have—as you’ll hear in the poetry.)
These experiences can block your natural flow—dimming your life force, impacting your health, and stifling your creative expression.
This event is a chance to restore ease, flow, and safety in your system as we move together through the full spectrum of the somatic rainbow—from root to crown.
The goal? To light you up, so you can shine your light in this global dark night.
Even if you don’t know what “somatics” is but you love poetry—follow your curiosity and come check it out.
