Somatics and Sound is a movement-based mat experience blending yoga-inspired somatic stretches with mindful listening led by Masha Scherbyna. It features breathwork, gentle floor stretches, and a free-flow standing sequence, ending in restorative deep rest accompanied by a live ambient soundscape. The practice focuses on tuning into both the external 4D soundscape and your inner body awareness, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed. This beginner-friendly class is open to ages 18+ and offers variations to accommodate all abilities.
Workshop is 1.5 hrs beginning at 7:30pm
