My name is Augustina Tolu. A registered yoga teacher (RYT200), wellness facilitator, master certified professional coach, certified Reiki and therapeutic sound practitioner. I am OBSESSED with all things related to alternative healing modalities, health, wellness, nature, and the overall wellbeing of humanity.

Parking is FREE (Public Street parking) on W. Railway St. by Essendene and W. Railway Street Intersection.
The particles in the human body vibrate in a particular order for our overall well-being. Mental/emotional ailments cause these particles to vibrate out of alignment causing dis-ease and dissonance in the overall system. SBM is a powerful holistic modality that can help restore order in the system.
You do not need prior experience; you do however need to come in with an open mind, your yoga mat, blanket, water, and your pillow.
Sound-Bath Meditation (SBM), similar to yoga or any alternative healing modality is for anyone and everyone, however, SBM is not recommended if you're pregnant or have pacemaker. Anyone with metal implants should consult their physician before attending SBM sessions.
