Hello hello my friends, you deserve rest in a compassionate, loving space. Join me for a sound bath, self-compassion meditation and tea time. Together we'll slow down and listen to the wisdom of the heart. Please stay for tea, I'd love to meet you and catch up. Community matters, all are welcome, together we choose love xx
Schedule:
Doors open at 4:40 (coffee shop is still open until 5 for treats if you like)
Class Starts at 5:00
Tea Time begins at approx. 5:45

- Comfortable clothing (sweats encouraged!)

A sound bath is a regulation practice and meditative experience where participants "bathe" in the vibrations/sound waves produced by singing bowls, chimes, voice and other instruments. The goal of a sound bath is to help you regulate your nervous system and come back to rest and safety with music.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing like sweatpants, leggings, or anything that allows you to relax fully. Layers are a good idea to stay cozy during the sound bath.
There are many mats available and you can bring your own to double up mats for more comfort. A blanket to lie on, and any additional items for your comfort (e.g., pillows, eye masks, or bolsters). A water bottle.

The class will last approximately 60 minutes, including time for tea and oracle card reflection.
There are approx 2 steps at the entrance of the building, an elevator to get to the studio and chairs available for sitting. Please reach out if you need specific accommodations and we will do our best to support.
