About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This Sound Journey is focused on setting our intentional seeds as we are halfway between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, a very powerful time to sow our seeds for the year.

These journeys are offerings from the heart, and we co-create the journey by the coherence we collectively share.

The sea of various sounds helps take one into a deep place of relaxation, reset the nervous system and promote healing. Did you know the auditory system is intricately connected to every muscle in the body and interacts with cranial nerves that transmit information to and from the brain, maintaining balance and harmony. So, when we listen to healing sounds such as the voice, didgeridoo, Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, crystal bowl, native drum, flute, gong and shruti box, it promotes healing.

VENUE

Himalaya Salt Cave is a cave made of 12,000 pounds of Himalayan salt. A machine grinds tiny salt particles into the air and they are breathed deep into the lungs. When the salt is inhaled, negative ions are created, promoting a deep relaxation. Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is great for respiratory, skin and inflammatory conditions, sleep, stress, and mood.
