Event lasts 1 hour

Sound Bathing, an inner journey, an invitation to spend time in liminal space. Be present in the Sound Field as the frequencies hold you as you enter into slower brain waves with a sound experience that supports inner listening.

Please arrive 10 min early to settle in. This experience is for 6 participants I have cushions, pillows and blankets available. It is 1 hour in length. Please come to the back door, and use the upper stairs.
