Soup and Bread a Hearty Winter Hands-on Cooking class

In this partially handson cooking class we make two new and interesting beautiful home made soups pairing them with make new and interesting breads to accompany our soups.

Well discuss stocks broths and chowde rs, make garnishes and crank up the flavour in our most amazing breads.

Served with Blue Cheese Guinness and Sunflower seed bread.

• Harira a spicy Chickpea and vegetable soup with lentils and lamb from Morocco. Served with home made pita veggie version also made.
