Introducing our event host:
Reina Ying is a dedicated practitioner certified in the art of Yoga and the healing power of sound, with a background in Reiki. Orginal from Hong Kong, she is Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Reina can switch between languages to support students during the session. With a wealth of experience and a nurturing spirit, every session is crafted to create a space where mind, body, and soul unite for profound relaxation and renewal.

In a yoga wheel session, you can anticipate a balanced mix of stretching, strengthening, and mindful movement. The wheel becomes both a supportive tool and a challenge, helping to: Open up the chest, shoulders, and back with deep stretches. Enhance core engagement and balance through dynamic poses.
We will provide the yoga wheel. The studio offer mat/ other equipments, you are welcome to bring your own mat.
While yoga wheel sessions can be highly beneficial, they may not be suitable for everyone. It’s recommended to avoid participating if you: Have been diagnosed with scoliosis (脊柱側彎) or other significant spinal alignment issues. Are experiencing acute back pain or recent spinal injuries. Have conditi
You can reschedule your booking by emailing us at yogacats.ca@gmail.com up to 12 hours before the session. No rescheduling within 12 hours of the session unless in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Sessions can be rescheduled within 60 days. After that, class fee will be forfeited.
Once the deposit has been arranged, no refunds can be arranged. You can reschedule your booking up to 12hours before the session.
