Join us for the inaugural dinner of our exclusive culinary series, Spice, an immersive dining experience celebrating the rich and diverse food cultures of Africa and the Caribbean. Our first event will feature a luxurious 4-course dinner + amuse centered around a single hero ingredient: plantain.
With a rich menu curated by Funmilade Taiwo of Lamuren Inc and Chef Sophia of Secret Dinner Club, plantain will be transformed through contemporary preparations inspired by bold Nigerian flavors. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the versatility of plantain, exploring its unique place in the culinary traditions of both African and Caribbean cultures.
The drinks will be flowing courtesy of Sugar Water Bar with zero-proof options available, and the sounds will be excellently curated by DJ Jadé.
