In this hands-on session, explore how spices, herbs, and seasonal ingredients can support mood, digestion, focus, and emotional wellbeing. This isn’t about restriction or perfection—it’s about reconnecting with food that grounds, comforts, and energises from the inside out.
With a gentle, creative approach, we’ll prepare recipes that nourish both body and mind—and explore how mindful cooking can be a form of daily self-regulation.
