Debbie Matters - ADHD / ADT - Who Me?

Around my 55th birthday, I began to wonder if there was something wrong with the wiring of my brain. After losing three important items within a few days, I decided to investigate further. The result was a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As a former teacher, I had always associated ADHD with young hyperactive boys who needed medication to sit still and learn in classrooms. Now, I'll share my story, insights, and the challenges of being diagnosed as a female, along with the impact ADHD has on my life. I'll also share what I've learned about a relatively new phenomenon called Attention Deficit Trait (ADT).

Charlotte Kyei Mensah - Still Blooming!

I am a Ghanaian horticulturalist and former district-level administrator, and I will share my journey and testament to resilience. I'll talk about how I continue to thrive and make a positive impact on my community, even after facing life's challenges. I'm visiting from Ghana and Elizabeth and I have a BIG announcement, too!

Cindy Mount - Rising Strong

I'll share my journey from the grips of an abusive relationship to reclaiming my life. It was a long, difficult road, but through hidden savings and volunteering at Yellow Brick House, I discovered my inner fighter.

Marilyn Hintsa - What Now?!

Unexpectedly “early retired” in 2019, I decided to pursue a Leadership Coaching designation. By the end of the pandemic, I had it in hand, but returning to the corporate world as a coach had lost its luster for me. At the urging of some wise associates, I switched my niche to retirement coaching, a new, relatively unknown specialty. I’m trying something completely different to support people transitioning into their Third Act.

Elizabeth Verwey - Summer Travels

I did some interesting volunteer work this summer and want to share it with you. I visited Madrid, France and Holland. I'll also share how it felt to be travelling solo as a newleywed.
