This will be our 3rd in house sparring event. We invite a bunch of clubs from around the Okanagan to come out to compete at our club.

These are very exciting and high action sparring matches.

We allow 75% Power shots - So high intensity, but in a controlled environment.
Events like these are really great for folks wanting to make there way into the ring for full on fights.

The events we host are stepping stones for Martial Artists to make their way into the ring.
