Once you have registered, make sure that you log into Eventbrite to be able to get the Zoom link. Also, before you log on for the presentation, please make sure you change your Zoom name to your first name, student association name. This is important to verify that there was an attendee from your student association present at Orientation so that your student association retains its active status as per the SA Regulations.

Orientation 2021
We will be having Orientation online this September to make sure that everyone who needs or wants to can attend! Based on new Student Association Regulations, it is mandatory for a minimum of one executive from every Student Association to attend to retain active status for your club or course union. It's not just for Student Associations wanting funding any more!
With constantly changing restrictions within the province right now, it is important to come and learn what is possible and what is not. What is possible today could be different tomorrow. Keep this in mind with all of your event planning. If restrictions change the day before you have planned an event, everything to carry it out or even being able to have the event could change.
We will have a general question and answer period at the end of all our presentations and all SUO executives will be present! Have your questions ready for us to answer!
We will email the Zoom link to the email you register with, one hour before the presentation so we don't miss anyone who registers late.
