Hatha & Nidra (Everyone)

Feel your healthiest most vital body. This class has dynamic asanas (poses) that aims to relax, increase blood circulation and flexibility to the body and is suited for all levels. You will leave the class feeling much healthier and relaxed. We will end with pranayama and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to promote calmness throughout the day and to help you achieve your daily resolution.


Astanga Yoga (Int/Advanced)

Increase fire & heat in your body and eliminate lethargy and fear-based inaction & distractedness. In this 90 minute class, we will work on flexibility & mobility by holding active poses for longer periods of time and focusing on single-leg balance and arm balancing/inversion asanas. This class is suited for intermediate and advanced practitioners


Mantra & Movement

Signs of imbalanced chakras: lethargy, trouble achieving goals, guilt, lack of self-esteem, inability to make decisions, difficulty with love, self-criticism. Using ancient breath techniques and mantra in combination with movements, we will spend 60 minutes rebalancing the chakras so that we can give and receive love and accomplish our goals
