SUMMER FUN FEST 2022

On Thurs Aug 25 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm PT, we are bringing to life Summer Fun Fest at Concord Community Park in Vancouver. To reserve your spot, RSVP using your lululemon email address below by Fri Aug 12, for an afternoon filled with:

• Sports day vibes with some friendly team competition (sign up for team volleyball and run events below).
• Lawn games: drop-in for some spike ball, ladder ball, corn hole or ping pong action
• Festival bingo with a chance to win some fun prizes
• Music + entertainment to keep the festival vibes high
• Food + bev to keep you moving and connecting all afternoon. We’ll have options that cater to a variety of dietary preferences, as well as signature cocktails and non-alcoholic bevvies
• Values in Action, activated: Whether you want to embrace change, generate an ‘oh sh*t’ moment or just celebrate, we’ve got you covered with VIA-themed pop-ups (did someone say photo booth?).

Your transportation is covered: from bike valets to school bus shuttles (throwback!) to help you arrive in style, to uber for your ride home (we’ll provide you with a code to use). Plus, Summer Fun Fest is located close to sky train and bus stops.

What we need from you:

RSVP: your Eventbrite confirmation is required to access the event. Please RSVP using your lululemon email address by Friday, August 12, 2022. Let us know if you’re coming, and if you’d like to participate in any sports day options below.

Note there is one volleyball court at the venue, so we will have eight teams of 10-12 people representing our functional teams (one team each for Brand, AGGI, P+C, Legal, Supply Chain, CFO Org, Product, and Technology). Those who select to participate in volleyball will be entered into a lottery and should be prepared to stay until the end of the festivities should their teams make it to the championship game. Players will be selected at random to play representing their functional team and will be notified shortly after the RSVP by-when of August 12.

Get your game face (=outfits) on! Whether you’re on the volleyball court, running a fun run, or enjoying lawn games – functional teams are encouraged to collaborate on a team theme or attire. This may be the most important competition of the day!
