What is the date and time of the event?

The Super Bowl party will take place on February 9, 2025. Doors open at 4:00pm, and the activities including poker tables start at 4:30 until 2:00am

Where is the event located?

The event will be held at Bellevue Manor.

What does the ticket price include?

The ticket price includes access to the Super Bowl viewing, open buffet, open bar, and door prize giveaway .

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available at the door for $175 per person, but we recommend purchasing in advance for $125 to save money.

How do I reserve a table for 10?

You can reserve a table for 10 for $1,000. Please contact Frank (647)-225-2860 / Bill (647)549-2036 to arrange your reservation.

What is included with a table reservation?

Table reservations guarantee seating for 10 guests and access to all the event amenities, including the open buffet, open bar, and poker tables.

Are seats assigned, or is it first come, first served?

Reserved tables will be assigned. General admission seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What kind of food will be available at the buffet?

The buffet will feature a variety of options, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Specific menu details will be provided closer to the event date.

What drinks are included in the open bar?

The open bar includes a selection of beers, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, we will have vegetarian and vegan options available at the buffet.

How will the Super Bowl be shown?

The game will be broadcast on 4 Large Screens, HD TVs, etc. with premium sound for the best viewing experience.

What kind of poker games will be available?

Poker tables will feature games such as – $1-3 Hold em – $2-5 Hold em - $1-$3 PLO – $2-$5 PLO

Will there be other activities besides the game and poker?

Yes, we’ll have additional entertainment such as raffles, trivia, giveaways, etc.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

This is a 19+ event.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable if you cannot attend.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking will be available at on-site, valet, or near

What should I wear to the event?

Casual attire or your favorite team’s jersey is encouraged!

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are allowed at the event.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the game starts to get settled and enjoy the buffet and bar.

Will there be security at the event?

Yes, professional security will be on-site to ensure everyone’s safety.

What happens if the event is canceled?

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all ticket purchases will be refunded.
