About the Game
Experience climate education in a new way — as an interactive card game! In this engaging game, you will work in small groups to connect 42 cards that represent key elements of climate science, from carbon emissions to ecosystem impacts.
As you play, you’ll uncover how these factors are interconnected, building a visual map of climate change. It’s an exciting, hands-on way to learn about the science behind climate change, all while collaborating and brainstorming actionable solutions.
Join the millions of people around the world who’ve played the game, and discover how fun and impactful climate education can be!
Only 30 spots are available so sign up to have some fun!
What to Expect:
- A fun and engaging afternoon spent collaborating with groups of 4-7 people to arrange the cards in order of cause and consequence. Clues are added to help and there is a facilitator for guidance if needed. No one needs to worry about studying for this!
- To leave with a better understanding of the scientific processes driving climate change based on IPCC reports.
- Refreshments such as pizza and munchies will be provided by SWR.
