Join self care advocate, podcaster, and author Carole MacLean for a 90-minute virtual retreat that will include: guided meditations, breathing exercises, movement and journaling. Participants will experience a safe space to speak freely, share challenges, and enjoy a restorative time away from their very full schedules. Bring a favorite journal or pad of paper.  

Participants in the virtual retreat will explore:  

  1. How to change your belief system around self care and realize self care is not selfish; 
  1. How to practice simple self care tips and incorporate them into your life;  
  1. How to choose your best life by creating your own self care community.
