This webinar, presented by the SSFPA, will delve into the importance of Canada’s food industry, and the large role women play as entrepreneurs of small food and beverage businesses. To provide increased resources and training for women entrepreneurs, the SSFPA is partnering with women-focused entrepreneurship organizations to provide food industry-specific training. Project Manager Sandy Mark will talk about the successes of the SSFPA’s pilot with two women’s entrepreneurship organizations, WeBC and PARO, and expand on how other organizations can get involved.
Since 2002, The Small Scale Food Processor Association (SSFPA) has championed small and medium-sized food processors in Canada. We support entrepreneurs starting and scaling their businesses, and ensure that our members have the services and resources they need to succeed in a competitive global market.
