About this event

Join us for an adventure of bean-to-bar chocolate tasting! Experience a tasting journey through six distinctive single-origin chocolate bars, featuring a special creation made from cacao beans sourced in Pingtung, Taiwan. Crafted in collaboration with our friends at Kasama Chocolate on Granville Island, BC. Explore a range of the flavour notes – from fudgy to fruity – that may be found in chocolate made with well-fermented cacao beans.

You will be guided on a journey, from cacao bean origin, stories of the makers, to the sounds, texture, and taste of the bar. Expand and refine your palate as you learn techniques and vocabulary to identify tasting notes in chocolate.
