Hands-on adjustments will be offered and are optional.

  4. Seasonal Nourishment: Savor a delicious, locally-sourced, and seasonally-inspired Friendsgiving lunch crafted to nourish both body and soul. (Vegetarian)

What should I bring?

A Mat, blanket, Optional Props (cushions, bolster, extra blocks, eye pillows…), warm clothing + layers, water bottle/thermos, journal + pen, extra snacks (if ya want)

Am I able to receive a refund should I no longer be able to attend?

If the retreat itself is cancelled (due to weather/unforeseen circumstances) the participant will receive a full refund (Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable). If the participant can no longer attend the retreat, they have the option to transfer to another guest up to 7 days prior to the retreat.

How far is the retreat from Toronto?

Just over an hour! We recommend car pooling if possible :)
