The 2025 McGill Law Journal Annual Lecture

The McGill Law Journal is delighted to welcome Professor Poonam Puri (LL.M. (Harvard), LL.B. (Toronto), F.ICD, LSM), Full Professor and Tier I York Research Chair in Corporate Governance, Investor Protection & Financial Markets at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, to give this year's Annual Lecture entitled, “Corporations in the Crosshairs: Stakeholder Activism and the Role of Corporations in Society.”

The event will take place in the Moot Court at the McGill University, Faculty of Law on January 28th, 2025 . A cocktail reception will follow the Annual Lecture.
